Therapeutic Extras
✔ Premium aftercare support: 3-month 1:1 bespoke package discounted based on reset participation. Please note that any functional testing is an additional cost.
✔ Pre-booked therapeutic treatments (massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage and various other options) arranged via email 15 days in advance (extra cost) on a first to sign-up basis. These are optional but highly recommended as part of the process.
Preparation & Aftercare
We will provide weekly support during a preparation phase beginning one month before the retreat. This includes gradually adjusting diet and lifestyle to optimise the fasting experience.
After the reset, you will be guided through an integration period lasting at least one week to help stabilise benefits, reintroduce foods mindfully and maintain positive changes.
Guidance and materials will be provided. Clients often repeat seasonally as part of their ongoing wellbeing.
